Epoka University is using Google Apps for Education services and all students and academic and administrative staff are provided with an email address under epoka.edu.al domain which is a Google account. Beside official communication which is done through this email address, this account can be used for authentication to other online systems offered by university.
Who can use it?
Email and login accounts are to be used "...only to support the research, education, clinical, administrative, and other functions of Epoka University." Currently registered students, staff and faculty with active assignments are eligible for accounts.
FACULTY AND STAFF
Paid or unpaid staff actively working at Epoka University are eligible for email accounts: Clerical, maintenance, management, professional, and technical staff.
The ICTC office provides email services to the School of Management.
When a staff leaves from Epoka University, she/he will receive a notification email for transfering her/his important information in one month. After one month the account will be suspended for two months, then it will be deleted.
Actively registered students of Epoka University are eligible. Students who are not actively registered, yet who have not been conferred a degree, are considered withdrawn and lose all student privileges, including computing privileges..
Undergraduate students on an approved leave of absence, retain active registration and computing privileges.
Undergraduate students who simply "take a semester off" without approval by the Epoka University Dean's Office are considered withdrawn and lose all student privileges, including computing privileges.
Graduates of Epoka University may use the email services and EIS.
Any student questioning his or her registration status or to request an extension based on eligibility rules defined above, should contact the appropriate Registrar's Office.
