Within the framework of the initiative, “Towards an Education for Circular Economy”, of the READ Project, the Innovators Student Club organized an educational visit to Recycling Albania on December 19. This visit aimed to provide students firsthand insights into the practical application of circular economy principles in Albania.
This academic engagement aimed to bridge theoretical frameworks with real-world applications, providing students with in-depth insights into the operations and practices of Recycling Albania. The visit highlighted the role of sustainable waste management and recycling in advancing circular economy principles.
Through this experience, students enhanced their understanding of how circular economy practices contribute to sustainability and environmental protection, aligning with the READ Project’s academic objectives. This visit exemplifies Epoka University’s dedication to integrating experiential learning into its academic curriculum to foster knowledge, skills, and awareness of sustainability.
