The ARCH 302 Architectural Design IV course, under the guidance of instructors Aleks Shtjefni, Efris Filipi, Anisa Cenaj, and Katjana Boriçi, proudly presented its final jury for the transformative collective housing project in Tirana. Inspired by the city's ambitious "2030 plan" and the newly redeveloped northern boulevard, students envisioned vibrant communal living spaces that blend seamlessly with the urban environment. Their designs emphasize pedestrian-friendly areas, green spaces, and community-focused amenities, reflecting Tirana's evolving Mediterranean lifestyle. This project highlights the potential for architecture to foster community interaction and enhance urban vibrancy.
