In an enriching Erasmus+ exchange experience, key members from EPOKA University recently participated in a staff training program at the University of Tartu in Estonia.
The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Ahmet ÖZTAS, Rector of EPOKA University, included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lisen BASHKURTI, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ms. Gëzime ONAT, University Administrator, and Ms. Alma PUPLI, Department Coordinator of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.
This exchange, conducted within the framework of Erasmus+ staff training, aimed to foster collaboration, share best practices, and enhance the professional development of the participants. The program provided a unique opportunity for the staff members to engage with their colleagues at the University of Tartu, exploring new academic and administrative strategies.
Throughout the exchange, the EPOKA University team participated in various workshops, covering a range of topics from academic governance to student services. They also had the chance to tour the University of Tartu’s facilities, gaining insights into its state-of-the-art infrastructure and innovative educational approaches.
Prof. Dr. Ahmet ÖZTAS highlighted the significance of such exchanges in strengthening international cooperation and enhancing the quality of education at EPOKA University. “This experience has not only broadened our perspectives but also paved the way for future collaborations between our institutions,” he stated.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lisen BASHKURTI repeated these sentiments, emphasizing the value of intercultural exchange in fostering mutual understanding and academic excellence. Ms. Gëzime ONAT and Ms. Alma PUPLI also expressed their appreciation for the warm welcome and the informative sessions that enriched their knowledge and skills.
