Agreement Signed between EPOKA University and the University “Aleksandër Moisiu” Durrës

On January 16, 2025, the Rector of EPOKA University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Niuton Mulleti; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lisen Bashkurti, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences; and Dr. Kelmend Nezha, Head of the Institutional and Legal Affairs Office, visited the University “Aleksandër Moisiu,” Durrës. They were warmly welcomed by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Shkëlqim Fortuzi.

During this official visit, productive discussions were held, culminating in the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two institutions. This agreement aims to:

Develop joint or dual degree programs, offering students broader academic and professional prospects.
Provide opportunities for academic and administrative staff to share expertise and collaborate on institutional practices.
Facilitate exchange programs for study semesters or employment, enriching students' academic and cultural experiences.
Promote research activities, project applications, and publications to advance knowledge in various fields.
Encourage participation in seminars, conferences, events, and academic meetings to foster dialogue and networking.
Exchange scientific literature and information beneficial to both institutions.
Organize summer and winter schools for specialized learning experiences.
Launch initiatives aimed at strengthening institutional and individual capacities.

This agreement marks a significant step toward the development of joint projects and the promotion of open dialogue between the two institutions.
