On January 28, 2025, the Rector of EPOKA University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Niuton Mulleti, and Mr. Gledis Nano, adjunct lecturer at the Department of Law, visited the People’s Advocate (Ombudsman) of Albania, Ms. Erinda Ballanca.
During this official visit, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experiences, with a particular focus on the protection and promotion of human rights.
EPOKA University appreciates the importance of the involvement of academia in strengthening awareness of issues related to fundamental rights and welcomes joint projects with the People’s Advocate for their advancement.
