We are pleased to announce the successful launch of the first cycle of lectures for the Law Clinic course, conducted as part of the project “Legal Protection of Minorities: Compliance of Albanian Domestic Legislation with International Instruments and Human Rights Treaties.”
This initiative, under the READ (Research Expertise from the Academic Diaspora) program, is made possible through the invaluable support of the Albanian American Development Foundation (AADF) and the Institute of International Education, Inc. (IIE).
A special thank you to Prof. Assoc. Dr. Damigela Hoxha from the University of Bologna, as well as the dedicated Epoka University team—Dr. Heliona Bellani, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Bojana Hajdini, and Dr. Niuton Mulleti—for leading these lectures and inspiring the next generation of legal professionals.
The Law Clinic course is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in legal practice, focusing on legal opinion drafting, document preparation, and national minority rights protection. By working on real cases, students will gain essential advocacy, legal consulting, and procedural drafting skills, preparing them to tackle the legal and institutional challenges affecting minority communities.
