Are you ready to challenge your skills in business strategy, technology, and leadership? We invite you to EPOKA Business and Technology Competition organized by Innovators Student Club in collaboration with the Career Planning and Alumni Office under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Amela Rahimi.

The Epoka Business and Technology Competition is a two-day event designed to challenge and develop participants' skills in business strategy, technology, and leadership. The competition begins with an opening ceremony, team formation, and an industry case challenge. On the second day, participants engage in workshops, a leadership simulation, and a final test assessing their knowledge. The event concludes with a panel discussion on the future of business and technology, followed by an awards ceremony where top-performing students receive internship and job opportunities from leading companies such as Metanow, SnapStuddy, Cardo AI, and Facilization.

High Level Agenda

Day 1: Kickoff & Core Challenges

Morning: Opening and Welcome Speech & Keynote Address

• Overview of Competition Rules & Expectations
• Team Formation & Icebreaker

Speed Networking (10 min)

Challenge #1 - Industry Case Exploration

• Groups are divided according to the interest’s fields and lecture session (3 hours)
• Lunch Break (45 minutes)
• Team-Building Game: recommended outdoor activity (30 min)

Day 2: Advanced Challenges & Grand Finale

Morning: Workshops (2 hours, test preparation by the coaches)

Midday: Leadership Simulation Challenge

 Participants act as CEOs handling a crisis.

Boardroom-Style Presentations & Evaluation

Afternoon: Final Test

• Objective: Assess the knowledge gained over the two days.
• Format:
  • Multiple-choice and short-answer questions on key topics.
  • Case study analysis with problem-solving.

Evening: Panel Discussion

• Panel: “The Future of Business, Tech & Finance”

Awards

Companies will provide to the winning students in each field internships, job opportunities and courses.
