In alignment with EPOKA University’s commitment to promoting gender equality and empowering women in public life, Dr. Heliona Bellani recently participated as a trainer in the UN Women Political Leadership and Training of Women Candidates for Elections program.
Dr. Bellani contributed to this impactful initiative aimed at equipping women with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to actively engage in politics and decision-making processes. The training sessions provided a dynamic platform for aspiring women leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities and expand their professional networks.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in meaningful discussions and interactive activities designed to foster collaboration, critical thinking, and strategic planning—essential tools for effective political participation.
