Dr. Florenc Skuka, Lecturer at the Department of Computer Engineering, took part in the 1st Management Committee Meeting of COST Action CA23135 – Bringing Digital Data and Reality Together: Augmented Reality in Forestry, held on September 26, 2024, at the COST Association headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
This face-to-face meeting convened researchers and stakeholders from across Europe to launch the initiative, elect the Action leadership, and plan collaborative research activities. The event focused on advancing the integration of augmented reality technologies in forestry, aiming to bridge digital data and real-world forest management practices.
EPOKA University’s participation in this Action reflects its growing contribution to interdisciplinary and applied research, particularly in the domains of digital transformation, sustainability, and technological innovation.
