Head of the Department of Law, Dr. Gentjan Skara, participated in the two-day “TAIEX Multi-Country Workshop on Effective Competition Enforcement and Advocacy” organised in co-operation with the Albanian Competition Authority, the Agency for the Protection of Competition of Montenegro and the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK).
This workshop aims to strengthen the administrative capacities of institutions in Albania and Montenegro responsible for competition enforcement, state aid and consumer protection.
By leveraging the expertise of EU Member state experts, the workshop enhanced regional cooperation, facilitated the exchange of best practices, and shared aligned national practices with EU standards, both in terms of enforcement and EU negotiations.
