On Thursday, March 25th, 2021, Yunus Center for Social Business and Sustainability had the honor to participate in International Training Workshop on Social Business, organized by "Yunus Center" and "Universidad Externado de Colombia".
The training started with professor Muhammad Yunus sharing a strong message about the importance of social businesses. Mrs. Lamiya Morshed made a great presentation about the principles of social businesses, the success history of Grameen Bank, and the spread of the incentive.
Also had the chance to learn for about "BIVE", a social business operating in Colombia with the mission to improve the health care services offered to the Colombian population.
Participating in such important event and learning more from these great experiences, inspire us to contribute and share it among our great students with great potential to contribute on field
