EPOKA University in Albania has announced that it will be offering scholarships for Ukrainian students as it stands in solidarity with the Ukrainian people who confront an invasion by neighboring Russia.
A total of 15 scholarships will be offered to Ukrainian students. The scholarships will allow Ukrainian students to pursue courses of study at EPOKA University tuition-free. 5 scholarships will be offered to Ukrainian students to pursue programs in each of the 3 faculties of EPOKA University: Law and Social Sciences, Architecture and Engineering, and Economics and Administrative Sciences.
EPOKA University has been in communication with the Ukrainian embassy in Tirana to convey the information regarding the scholarships. The embassy has forwarded the information to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education in the Ukraine. EPOKA University as an institution of higher education feels an obligation to support Ukraine and its citizens during this time and to speak up against abuses of human rights committed against innocent victims.
