EPOKA University, in collaboration with the Center for Openness and Dialogue, organized the open lecture with guest Dr. Stefano Braghiroli, Associate Professor of European Studies, at the Johan Skytte Institute, University of Tartu, Estonia.
Dr. Braghiroli referred to lecturers and experts on the topic: "The role of the Baltic countries in the EU and NATO in the light of the war in Ukraine: From the periphery to the center."
The Center for Openness and Dialogue (#COD) discussion regarding the Russian conflict and its impact on the international system allowed participants to share insights and perspectives on the strategic importance of geopolitics in this context.The timing of the lecture and discussion coinciding on July 11-12, with the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, further adds significance to the event.
