"The Key to Success 2.0", Mrs. Linda Shomo
The seminar “The Key to Success 2.0” organized by the Innovators Club was held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. The invited guest of this event was a woman entrepreneur, Mrs. Linda Shomo, CEO of EasyPay. She shared with the students her experience of starting a business in Albania and the struggles that came with it. Mrs. Linda talked about the difficulties she faced in the implementation of a digitalized service in Albania six years ago, when technology was not as advanced as it is today. As all entrepreneurs, Mrs. Linda Shomo had her own days when the business wasn’t at its best, but her advice was, “During your business development, there may be days when you want to give up, but that’s when you should continue, each day you must find the force to continue.”
A high qualified and well chosen staff and the persistence were the keys to the success of EasyPay. Mrs. Linda Shomo also recommended the book “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey to everyone that wants to have a successful business.
“The Key to Success” series will have four meetings in total and all participants that attend three out of four will receive certificates.
