The International Relations Office (IRO) is pleased to announce a Call for Applications for International Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme, open to administrative staff members of EPOKA University.
This mobility opportunity is designed to strengthen cross-border collaboration, enhance institutional capacity, and contribute to EPOKA University's administrative excellence at the international level. In line with Erasmus+ principles of inclusiveness and equal opportunity. Additional consideration will be given to applicants whose proposed mobility aligns with institutional priorities and contributes to the development needs of the university.
All submitted applications will be forwarded by the IRO to the Rectorate of EPOKA University for candidate selection, in accordance with standard procedures.
Please note that the IRO does not guarantee the acceptance of nominated candidates by the host institution, nor can it be held responsible for any cancellation of grants by the grant-holding institution.

Important Note:
Before departure, selected participants must submit the Mobility Agreement, duly signed by all three parties, to the International Relations Office. Upon return, participants are required to submit the Narrative Report on Participation in Activities held outside the University. Additionally, we kindly ask participants to share photos of their mobility experience with the IRO to support promotion and documentation of the programme.
