On February 10, 2021, the Internal Quality Assurance Office (IQAO) of EPOKA University held an online information session for the students regarding the “Course Instructor Evaluation Survey”. The aim of the information session was to raise the awareness among students concerning the importance of the survey and ensure them about the full anonymity of their responses.
Initially, the IQAO provided guiding information on the conduct of the survey in EPOKA Interactive System. During the session, it was emphasized that the student’s opinion is very important for the institution and the survey is one of the main instruments that serve to measure the quality of teaching and learning activities. Also, it was mentioned that all the findings feed into reports intended to serve the decision-making bodies of the university.
At the end of the session, the students raised issues related to the survey, which will be shared with the respective unit for following up.
