The Summer School is organized within the framework of the International Week in Europe 2026 coordinated by the University of Rome Tor Vergata and will bring together students, academics, and invited experts for an intensive international academic experience.

The program will include lectures, seminars, workshops, and institutional visits focusing on topics related to tokenization, digital finance, innovation, European perspectives, and legal aspects of digital transformation. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with international instructors and invited speakers from academia, industry, and public institutions.

The program’s significance is further elevated by the involvement of key national institutions, most notably through the contributions of Dr. Olta Manjani, Deputy Minister of Economy and Innovation, and Dr. Altin Tanku, Director of the Research Department at the Bank of Albania, key esperts on the field Mr. Dorian Kane and Mr. Elvis Shera who will bring deep expertise in blockchain, Web3, and AI alongside proven experience in community building, crypto education, and ecosystem development, offering participants practical insights into how tokenized economies can drive innovation, collaboration, and digital entrepreneurship. Their participation ensures that the curriculum remains grounded in the realities of economic policy and financial regulation.

Rounding out this diverse faculty are PhD researchers Ms. Ester Duro (Tor Vergata) and Ms. Kriselda Gura (EPOKA University), as well as prominent representatives from Albania’s innovation and Web3 ecosystem. Together, these contributors provide a comprehensive, multi-dimensional perspective on the legal and economic complexities of a tokenised future.
