The purpose of this procedure is to inform EPOKA University staff about the internal communication means used by the University.
The Media and Public Relations Office is responsible for managing and supporting EPOKA’s internal and external communication, as well as its public relations activities, with the goal of strengthening the University’s image and enhancing its visibility.
The Office provides professional support and expertise to address communication-related inquiries and to assist the Faculties, Departments, and other University units in fulfilling their communication needs effectively.
The mission of the Media and Public Relations Office is to support the University internal and external communication services and public relations in order to enhance the University image and to increase its visibility.
• Through a university-wide public relations effort focused on honest, open and consistent communication, Public Relations provides the leadership needed to help the university create and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with individuals and organizations vital to the university’s growth and development.
• Public Relations brings perspectives and strategies into university decision-making and planning. It provides leadership, expertise and services that enhance the quality and effectiveness of the university’s communications projects and programs. It protects, reinforces and elevates the university’s reputation and builds public understanding of its distinctive qualities and the value, importance and impact of its work.
• Public Relations has primary responsibility for management of the university’s identity. We focus on building understanding of the university by defining it clearly and consistently and focusing on key messages that convey the value, importance and distinctiveness of EPOKA University.

These accounts of EPOKA University are administered by the Media and Public Relations Office. These platforms serve as official communication channels for disseminating general information about the University, including news, activities, interviews, forums, conferences, and events.
Official networking accounts can be opened upon approval of the Media and Public Relations Office.
All other accounts or groups using the University’s name will be considered cases of breach of the external communication policy of the University.
All personal communications of the university staff members on behalf of the University will be considered a breach of the communication policy.
CONFERENCES AND SYMPOSIUMS
Conferences and symposiums serve as important channels for representing EPOKA University and are conducted with the approval of the University’s management.
