The Summer School on International Arbitration was created to address the increasing demand among young Albanian graduates for specialised training in international arbitration.
The Summer School on International Arbitration is the first of this kind in Albania. As arbitration is new in Albania, the main objective is to equip students with the necessary knowledge of international arbitration. The school will focus on the doctrinal and practical aspects of each stage of the arbitral process.
The Summer School on International Arbitration will take place from 8 July to 12 July 2024. It will combine lecturers in the auditorium with discussions and training with well-known Albanian academics and lawyers dealing with international arbitration.
Classes will be held in person at the Epoka University Campus.
Students will have the opportunity to learn from the renowned Albanian experts and discuss the following topics:
The detailed Summer School Programme and the reading materials will be shared with the admitted participants prior to the beginning of the course.
The Summer School on International Arbitration is free of charge and open to law master students enrolled at any Albanian university.
You are invited to apply by submitting your CV, proof of knowledge of the English language, and university enrolment by 1 July 2024 at Google Form.
At the end of the course, students will obtain a participation certificate.
