EPOKA University is proud to announce the upcoming Hy-PER Project – Hybrid Summer School Training, a collaborative initiative focusing on Hybrid PhD Education and Research between TUD and EPOKA. Scheduled to take place in Tirana from March 2nd to March 6th, 2026, this five-day intensive program will be delivered hybrid (onsite & online), allowing for both onsite and online participation. The training is designed to explore modern pedagogical frameworks, including Collaborative Learning, Blended Learning, Flipped Classroom, Digital Competencies & Case studies Design, Collaborative Development of Case Studies and Design of E-tutoring & Formative assessment concepts. Facilitated by experts from the TUD Team the agenda bridges theoretical foundations with practical digital competencies.
The week is structured to guide participants through the full lifecycle of hybrid education design:
