On March 19, 2026, Epoka University hosted an engaging and insightful workshop organized by Dr. Chrysanthi Balomenou, Lecturer at the Banking and Finance Department, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and Bjorni Merko, Teaching Assistant at the Banking and Finance Department, in collaboration with Raiffeisen Bank and the Dean of Students Office.
The workshop was conducted within the courses Loan Management and Credit Analysis and Monetary Theory and Policy II, offered by the Banking and Finance Department and the Department of Economics.
Focusing on the topic “What does the Ideal Bank look like for the next generation?”, the workshop introduced students to key Market Research methodologies. Participants explored both quantitative and qualitative approaches to better understand evolving customer expectations in the banking sector, including financial behavior, trust in digital environments, essential banking services, and communication preferences among younger generations.
A representative from the Dean of Students Office was also present, supporting the successful implementation of the event.

This collaboration highlights the importance of bridging academia and industry, contributing to the development of practical knowledge and skills while mapping a new environment of enhancing entrepreneurial culture.
