On January 23, 2025, the Rector of EPOKA University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Öztaş, accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lisen Bashkurti, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Dr. Esmir Demaj, Administrator of the University and Dr. Sadullah Yilmaz, the Dean of Students, were warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr. Tonin Gjuraj, Rector of the University “Luigj Gurakuqi”, Shkodër.

During this official visit, productive discussions took place focusing on establishing a strong partnership between the two institutions.

The key topics addressed included:

Exchange of experiences between academic staff and professionals to promote mutual academic development;
Internship opportunities for students, providing hands-on training in the fields of mutual academic development;
