An open forum on the topic "Soft Skills in the Digital Generation". Erion Isufi, CEO of Landmark, spoke about the importance of soft skills in a work environment and how to acquire those skills simply by prioritizing communication in every relationship.
Furthermore, he described how his company Landmark has integrated soft skills into their employees through training, sharing experiences, and the emphasis they give to it in interviews.
