The LEADALKO Train-the-Trainers program was officially launched in Kosovo from December 09–11, 2025, with UIBM and College Biznesi hosting the event. The training brought together partner institutions to strengthen leadership development capacities in higher education across Albania and Kosovo.
From Epoka University, Dr. Reina Zenelaj and Dr. Jubjana Vila participated in the program.
The Train-the-Trainers program focused on preparing future trainers who will be responsible for implementing the LEADALKO project activities within their institutions. Key topics addressed during the sessions included strategic and transformative leadership, change management, structured reflection, internal communication, and project-based approaches to institutional change.
Participants were also introduced to practical tools and frameworks for self-assessment, reflective practice, and understanding the relationship between outputs, outcomes, and impact, contributing directly to the development of the National Leadership Development Program (NLDP) for Albania and Kosovo. The program primarily targets higher education leaders in both countries.
The training marked an important step toward strengthening collaboration, shared understanding, and capacity building among future trainers within the LEADALKO consortium.
The LEADALKO project is co-funded by the European Union .
