The Department of Law at EPOKA University is pleased to host an Open Lecture with Mr. Ben Swagerman, EU prosecutorial advisor at the EU-funded IPA Project EU4FAST.

An insightful discussion on the role of justice reform in shaping Albania’s path toward EU integration, focusing on legal cooperation, rule of law, and regional challenges.

Mr. Swagerman is a Dutch former prosecutor and politician. He currently serves as EU prosecutorial advisor at the EU-funded IPA Project “EU4FAST (Fight against migrant smuggling & trafficking human beings in the Western Balkans" under the Centre for International Legal Cooperation.
