The programme brought together academics, researchers, administrative staff, industry professionals, and students from different countries to engage in meaningful discussions on innovation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, digital transformation, and the future of higher education in an increasingly interconnected and technology-driven world. Through a dynamic combination of keynote lectures, workshops, panel discussions, research presentations, and collaborative activities, participants explored contemporary challenges and emerging opportunities related to responsible AI, ethical leadership, global responsibility, and international academic cooperation.

The International Academic Week offered a stimulating environment for interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange, enabling participants to gain insights into innovative teaching practices, research developments, and institutional strategies aimed at addressing the demands of modern higher education. At the same time, the 8th Eastern European Conference of Management and Economics (EECME) provided an important platform for discussing current issues and recent advancements in management, economics, banking, and finance, while encouraging scholarly interaction and cross-institutional collaboration.

Participation in this Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) and international conference represented a valuable opportunity for academic enrichment, professional development, and intercultural learning. It enabled participants to strengthen their knowledge and competencies in areas related to digital innovation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and international collaboration, while also expanding their academic networks and reinforcing the internationalization efforts of the Banking and Finance Department at Epoka University.
