EPOKA University announces that the application process for transfer of studies to all Bachelor’s and 5-year Integrated Programs for the 2026–2027 academic year has officially started on September 1, 2026.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Candidates must be students currently enrolled in accredited study programs of the same study cycle, offered by public or private higher education institutions in Albania or abroad, that are the same as or similar to the programs offered by EPOKA University.
Candidates must also meet the admission criteria of the respective EPOKA University study program.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Interested candidates should apply at the Admission Office during September 1–12, 2026, submitting:
1. Completed application form, obtained at the Admission Office
2. Course description of the respective study program and syllabi
3. Grades Certificate (Transcript), including courses, grades and credits
4. Notarized copy of the State Matura Diploma + Grades List, or the respective High School Diploma obtained abroad + Grades List
5. If high school studies were completed abroad: equivalence document issued by the Center of Educational Services of the Republic of Albania
MAIN DATES
September 01–12, 2026 - Application at the Admission Office
By September 17, 2026 - Announcement of the list of applicants
By September 23, 2026 - Evaluation of applications by the Scientific Committees of each Department
By September 26, 2026 - Announcement of the final list of accepted candidates
October 06–10, 2026 - Final enrollment at the Registrar’s Office
October 17, 2026 - Enrollment of accepted candidates in the remaining unfilled quotas
