EPOKA University was awarded as a partner in two new projects funded by the European Commission under the 2023 Call of the Erasmus+ programme. These initiatives mark the university's commitment to shaping the future through collaborative and impactful research and projects endeavors.
Project 1: Sustainable Living Labs for Regional Entrepreneurial Cooperation (GreenWB)
This project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme under the Capacity Building in Higher Education call.
The objective of this project is to support green innovation and entrepreneurial skills of students in higher education, by developing the Partner Universities’ entrepreneurial and innovation capacities through Living Labs, as well as enhancing their cooperation with enterprises, giving them the central role in the regional innovation ecosystem.GreenWB is led by University of Tirana and is composed of a consortium of 10 Universities and Chambers of Commerce from Albania, Kosova, North Macedonia, Austria, and Finland.
Project 2: Empowering Human Dignity of European Union and Western Balkan youth (EHDEU&WBY)
This project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme under the Virtual Exchanges in Higher Education and Youth call.
The project consortium is formed by 7 NGOs and institutions from Belgium, Spain, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Albania. In the next 3 years this project will provide more than 500 European and Western Balkan youth with the opportunity to understand human dignity, open dialogues on culture and EU values and develop soft skills on the topic of youth leadership through the implementation of various activities.
