In honor of International Women’s Day, we invite you to an engaging open forum, Gender Equality: From Myth to Reality, featuring Ms. Adena Vangjeli, Executive Director of the Center for Gender Justice in Albania.
Organized by the Epoka Student Club Human Rights and Women's Leadership, in collaboration with the Department of Law at EPOKA University, under the guidance of Dr. Eglantina Farruku, this discussion will explore the evolution of gender equality—moving beyond societal myths and misconceptions to real, measurable change in workplaces, education, and society.
This forum will critically examine the gap between the ideal of gender equality and the realities of persistent inequality, addressing key barriers such as institutional biases, cultural stereotypes, and power dynamics. Participants will gain insightful perspectives and explore practical, evidence-based strategies for fostering inclusivity and equity in organizational settings.
