On February 27-28, 2025, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Niuton Mulleti, attended the 2025 European Learning & Teaching Forum, organized by the European University Association (EUA) and hosted by University College Cork in Ireland.
The 2025 European Learning & Teaching Forum focused on strategies to foster future-readiness in learning and teaching. This year’s theme, “2030 and Beyond: Towards Responsive and Adaptable Higher Education,” explored how universities can ensure their continued relevance by cultivating adaptability.
Key discussions addressed how graduates can develop responsive and flexible mindsets in a rapidly evolving world shaped by social, economic, political, and ecological changes, technological advancements, demographic shifts, and an evolving higher education landscape.
Through a combination of plenary and parallel sessions, the Forum provided a platform for dialogue and the exchange of best practices on enhancing learning and teaching in universities. Additionally, it featured presentations from the 2024 EUA Learning & Teaching Thematic Peer Groups.
EPOKA University has been an active member of the EUA since 2015.
