Masterclass in Leadership with Mr. Ben Swagerman, EU Prosecutorial Advisor and Former Dutch Prosecutor
EPOKA University was pleased to host Mr. Ben Swagerman, EU prosecutorial advisor and former Dutch prosecutor, for a Masterclass in Leadership. Mr. Swagerman was warmly welcomed by the Rector of EPOKA University, Prof.Dr. Huseyin Bilgin, Administrator, Dr. Esmir Demaj, and Dr. Niuton Mulleti, Member of the Administrative Board of EPOKA.
The masterclass brought together leading academic and administrative staff, who gained valuable insights into leadership principles and styles.
What set this masterclass apart was the personalized leadership analysis provided to participants after they completed a short questionnaire.
The masterclass explored the leadership performance matrix, highlighted the differences between EU and U.S. leadership approaches, examined different types of leaders, and addressed management, integrity, and audience perspectives on effective leadership. The session aimed to strengthen both professional capacities and institutional leadership.
