EPOKA University promotes sustainable energy and environmental responsibility by investing in renewable solutions such as solar power. Through the use of photovoltaic systems, the university reduces carbon emissions, increases energy efficiency, and contributes to a more sustainable future for the wider community.
This project was made possible through dedicated and intensive work carried out by the company NVM Solar SHPK. The installed system has a total capacity of 450.64 kWp and consists of four inverters and 1,048 solar panels. It is expected to cover approximately 92% of the university’s total electricity consumption.
The photovoltaic system became operational on November 21, 2025. Since then, it has produced 110 MWh of clean energy, contributing to a reduction of 109 tons of CO₂ emissions equivalent to planting approximately 5,976 trees.
Through its monitoring platform, the system’s performance can be tracked online in real time, ensuring efficient management and transparency.
This initiative marks an important step forward in EPOKA University’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
