Assistant Professor Giorgio Beretta
Assistant Professor in Indirect Taxation at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and member of the Amsterdam Centre for Tax Law (ACTL). He is also a practicing Italian tax lawyer and sits on the editorial boards of international tax journals such as Intertax and Highlights & Insights on European Taxation.
Assistant Professor Claudio Cipollini
Assistant Professor in Tax & Technology at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), tax lawyer admitted to the Italian Supreme Court, and founding partner of RCLex – Law Firm. His academic work focuses on the intersection of taxation and digital technologies, including blockchain and Web3.
Associate Professor Gelanda Shkurtaj
Academic lawyer and public notary, Professor of Civil, Commercial, and Taxation Law at EPOKA University. A Fulbright Visiting Scholar and adjunct professor at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, she actively contributes to international academic networks and legal publications in tax law.
