Third-year students from the Integrated Law program at Epoka University had the opportunity to conduct a study visit to the Gjykata Administrative e Shkallës së Parë Lushnjë as part of their "Administrative Justice" course.
The Deputy President of the Court, Judge EDISON TATOSHAJ, and the Chancellor of the Court, Ms. Alma Jano, warmly welcomed the students, accompanied by Dr. Kelmend NEZHA, the course lecturer, and Dr. Gentjan Skara, the head of the Department of Law.
Judge Tatoshaj provided an in-depth overview of the court’s structure and jurisdiction, highlighting specific features of the types of administrative cases typically addressed by this court.
Students engaged in a dynamic discussion, with questions focusing on the judiciary's functioning and efficiency. Moreover, students were interested in their careers in the judiciary system and how to prepare for the challenges of the profession.
Such visits are a concrete step toward professional development, expanding students’ horizons, and providing a clearer understanding of how the administrative justice system operates in practice.
