From 13 to 17 July 2026, EPOKA University welcomed academic staff from Gdańsk University of Technology and the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility Programme.
The visiting academics were PhD Eng. Arch. Piotr Marek Smolnicki and PhD Marta Jaskulska from Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as Professor Josef Ristvej from the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław.
The visitors were welcomed by Dr. Armando Demaj, Head of the International Relations Office, who introduced them to EPOKA University’s academic environment and discussed opportunities for strengthening cooperation between the participating institutions.
During the mobility, the visiting academics held several meetings with representatives of EPOKA University’s academic departments. PhD Eng. Arch. Piotr Marek Smolnicki and PhD Marta Jaskulska participated in meetings within the Department of Architecture, organised by Dr. Egin Zeka, Head of the Department of Architecture. The discussions focused on academic practices, areas of common interest, and potential opportunities for future collaboration.
Professor Josef Ristvej also held a meeting with Dr. Besjon Zenelaj, academic staff member of the Department of Business Administration. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange professional experiences and discuss potential areas of academic and institutional cooperation.
The mobility programme enabled the participants to share knowledge and good practices, explore possibilities for joint initiatives, and further strengthen the relationships between EPOKA University and its international partner institutions.
