Epoka University had the pleasure of welcoming Drini Zusi, Head of Business Development at AZ Group, for an open lecture titled “Amidst the Noise: Choosing What Works For You”, held on May 5th as part of the university’s commitment to connecting students with leading voices from the business world.
In a dynamic and interactive session, Drini Zusi shared personal experiences and professional strategies on how to navigate the overwhelming amount of information, trends, and expectations young people face today. He encouraged students to reflect on their values, goals, and unique strengths as a foundation for making smart, intentional decisions—both in their academic journey and future careers.
Drini highlighted the importance of character over credentials, the value of loyalty over mere capability, and the long-term power of choosing integrity over shortcuts. He shared AZ Group’s commitment to sustainable and circular economy practices and emphasized the triple bottom line: People, Profit, and Planet.
His closing message resonated deeply: “Leadership begins with following something that inspires you.”
Students engaged actively in the Q&A session, raising questions about decision-making under uncertainty, standing out in competitive job markets, and balancing personal passion with practical goals.
The lecture was part of Epoka University’s ongoing effort to bridge theory with practice by bringing in accomplished professionals to share their insights and empower students to take ownership of their development.
