Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, funded by the European Union, four staff members from EPOKA University participated in a staff mobility week hosted by Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland, from 25–29 May 2026.
The participants were Ms. Jona Kaso (Department Coordinator, Department of Architecture), Ms. Fjona Topçiu (Department Coordinator, Department of Computer Engineering), Ms. Mine Puci (Specialist, Admission and Registrar Office), and Ms. Nerilda Hamza (Specialist, Finance Office).
During the mobility, the participants took part in workshops, meetings, and networking activities with colleagues from various European higher education institutions. The programme provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about innovative practices in university administration and academic support services, and explore new approaches to international cooperation and institutional development.
The mobility contributed to the professional development of the participants and supported EPOKA University’s strategic goals in internationalization, quality enhancement, and the continuous improvement of academic and administrative services. Furthermore, the visit strengthened institutional ties between EPOKA University and Gdańsk University of Technology, creating opportunities for future collaboration and knowledge exchange.
