Dr. Gentjan Skara, lecturer at the Department of Law at Epoka University, participated in the conference “Competition System Maturity and Cartel Enforcement in Widening Countries” held on 12 December 2025, at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, European University Institute.
The conference featured two insightful panels.
The first panel was dedicated to the latest book, “Competition Law and Policy in the Western Balkans,” edited by Jasminka Pecotic Kaufman, Gentjan Skara, and Alexandr SVETLICINII.
The panel, chaired by Milica Uvalic, featured authors of the national chapters: Kanita Imamovic-Cizmic, Dijana Marković Bajalović, Gentjan Skara, Darko Spasevski, and Avdylkader Mucaj.
The second panel focused on the “Competition System Maturity and Cartel Enforcement in Selected Widening Countries” project across selected Central and Eastern European (CEE) jurisdictions. This project is funded through the EUI Widening Europe Programme.
