The International Relations Office (IRO) is pleased to announce Call for Applications for International Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme, open to academic and administrative staff members of EPOKA University.
These mobility opportunities are designed to strengthen cross-border collaboration, build institutional capacity, and elevate EPOKA University's academic and administrative excellence at the international level. In accordance with Erasmus+’s commitment to inclusiveness and equal opportunity, priority will be given to first-time participants. Additional consideration will be given to applicants whose mobility aligns with specific departmental or faculty priorities, ensuring that the exchange directly contributes to the strategic goals and development needs of the institution.
All submitted applications will be forwarded by the IRO to the Rectorate of EPOKA University for candidate selection, following standard procedures.
Based on the offer and areas you can apply to at most 2 Universities.
Please make different applications for each university.
Please note that the IRO does not guarantee the acceptance of nominated candidates by the host institutions, nor can it be held responsible for the cancellation of grants by the grant-holding institutions.

NOTE: Before your departure, please ensure you submit the Mobility Agreement, signed by all three parties, to the International Relations Office. Upon your return, you are required to submit the Narrative Report on Participation in Activities held outside the University. Additionally, we kindly ask you to share photos of your mobility experience with the IRO to help us promote and document the programme.

Duration of Mobility: 5 days (excluding travel days)

2. PEERS CONSORTIUM - UNIVERSIDADE DO MINHO, UNIVERSIDADE DE AVEIRO, AND UNIVERSIDADE DE ÉVORA
Teaching Area: All Departments
1. Candidates are advised to check the availability of their department and identify a suitable university within the PEERS consortium, ensuring academic compatibility with their field of study.
2. Applicants must contact a professor at the selected university in a professional manner to request and obtain an invitation letter (Invitation letter can be sent to IRO after April 6, as soon as possible) .
3. Once the application is complete, it will be forwarded to the Rectorate for review, where eligible candidates will be evaluated and nominated.
4. Nominated candidates will then be forwarded to the host institution, which will make the final selection of participants.
