The Department of Law was pleased to host Mr Ben Swagerman, 🇪🇺 EU prosecutorial advisor and former Dutch prosecutor, for an Open Lecture on “Justice Reform and its Impact on Albania’s EU Accession Process.”
💬 During the Open Lecture, Mr Swagerman emphasised the importance of the 2016 Judicial Reform as a precondition for opening negotiations and briefly explained the judicial reform.
The open lecture concluded with questions from students interested in the ongoing judicial reform.
