In the framework of the project "Building Partnership on Fundamental Issues: Empowering CSOs for the EU accession process", which is being implemented by the European Movement in Albania, Prof. Assoc. Bojana Hajdini prepared the “Guideline for Monitoring Strategic Documents”, as a Tool for measuring and Evaluating Integration Processes.
This manual serves as a methodological and analytical instrument to strengthen the understanding, assessment, and monitoring of strategic documents for Chapter 23 in the context of the European integration process.
In a structured manner, this guide explains the function and content of each constituent element of a strategic document, following the standard model of sectoral and cross-sectoral strategies.
