EPOKA University student Marvi Bufi spent an unforgettable Erasmus semester at JUNIA École d’Ingénieurs in Lille, France. During his stay, he combined academic growth with rich cultural experiences, adapting to a new study environment where collaborative group work and practical learning played a central role.
Beyond the classroom, Marvi explored the charm of Vieux-Lille, enjoyed local cafés and pastries, and visited landmarks such as the Grand Place and Palais des Beaux-Arts. Weekend trips to nearby cities and multicultural Erasmus gatherings helped him build friendships across Europe and improve his confidence communicating in French.
Returning home with new technical skills and international friendships, Marvi describes the semester as “messy, fun, exhausting, and joyful, the kind of time that changes you in small but brilliant ways.”
