The International Relations Office (IRO) of EPOKA University is pleased to announce a Call for Applications for Erasmus+ International Staff Mobility at Gdańsk University of Technology, Poland.
This mobility opportunity is offered within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme and aims to support the professional development of administrative staff through the exchange of knowledge, best practices, and experiences with colleagues at partner institutions.
In line with EPOKA University's internationalization strategy and the Erasmus+ principles of inclusiveness and equal opportunity, priority will be given to first-time participants. Additional consideration may be given to applicants whose proposed mobility is closely related to the objectives and development priorities of their administrative unit and the University.
All applications will be reviewed by the International Relations Office and submitted to the Rectorate of EPOKA University for evaluation and selection in accordance with the University's internal procedures.
Please note that nomination by EPOKA University does not automatically guarantee acceptance by the host institution. Furthermore, the International Relations Office cannot be held responsible for any cancellation, modification, or withdrawal of funding by the grant-holding institution.

Applications should be submitted in person to Ms. Marsida Çaça, Specialist at the International Relations Office, located at E-Building, 1st Floor, Office E128, from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 15:30.
Selected participants must submit the Mobility Agreement, duly signed by all relevant parties, to the International Relations Office before the mobility takes place.
