On 24th of February 2023 EPOKA University hosted participants of the SUCCESS Project partners in a one-day training organized in the framework of the WP4 of this project. “Sustainable University–Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability” (SUCCESS) project is financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
“Train the Trainer on Start- Up Development” aimed to successfully finalize the activities 4.4 – Creation of academic services/ trainings at 8 WBC HEIs and 4.5 creation of market development education. After the welcome speech from Prof. Gungor Turan and EPOKA University working group, the first presentation and the moderation of the whole training was nicely delivered from Prof. Gabriele Schafer from Kempten University in Germany and Prof. Malcolm Duerod from Burch University in Sarajevo.
The interactive training had three main stages and the three groups of the participants from WBC HEIs applied and discussed on the main topics as: “Ideas and Teams”,” From Plan to a Plan that works” and 3rd workshop “Pitch Training”. There are created Materials of three Modules which will be an essential deliverable of the activities which will be proceeded with the Students Trainings in the WBC HEIs and their final competition.
