On February 24, 2025, Epoka University hosted the Train the Trainer workshop in preparation for Tung Ideve 2025, scheduled for February 26-28. Organized by the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS), with the support of the Innovators Student Club, this training is an integral part of the workshop designed by the Startup Service of the University of Potsdam and adapted to the Tung Ideve format. The event is proudly supported by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Albania.
The training featured engaging sessions on:
Facilitator Roles & Responsibilities – ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for students
Design Thinking Methodology – diving into the Problem & Solution Spaces
Business Model Exploration – utilizing Lean Canvas to develop sustainable ideas
Coaching Strategies & Feedback Techniques – empowering facilitators to guide teams effectively
By participating in these interactive sessions, facilitators, staff and students of EPOKA University, are now well-prepared to mentor and inspire young innovators, helping them turn creative ideas into actionable business solutions. Their preparation is key to ensuring that Tung Ideve 2025 is a dynamic and successful experience!
