About the Speaker:
Valer Pinderi is a pioneer in Albania’s e-commerce sector. He is the founder of Albania's first fully-fledged online retail company, which began in 2011 as Dyqan Taxi and has since evolved into Aladini Trade Partner. With a background in economics and a strong focus on marketing from the University of Tirana, Mr. Pinderi brings over a decade of hands-on experience in building and scaling online businesses.
Starting from a one-man operation, he has grown his company into a team of over 65 professionals. His journey spans the entire e-commerce value chain, having personally carried out every role in his business before expanding and building a capable team. In recent years, he has devoted much of his time to helping other companies in Albania grow their online capabilities, firmly believing that a stronger ecosystem benefits all.
