As part of our ongoing commitment to international collaboration, Aldeona Hanija and Fjona Topciu on May 18-23, took part in the Erasmus+ International Week at University of Applied Sciences in Fulda, Germany.
Their participation was part of an Erasmus+ staff exchange program aimed at strengthening international cooperation, professional development, and cross-cultural learning.
Throughout the week, Aldeona and Fjona engaged in a variety of workshops, training sessions, and networking activities focused on best practices in university administration, student services, and internationalization strategies.
They also joined various off-campus activities, including cultural excursions, guided city tours, and social events that showcased the rich history and vibrant community life of Fulda. These moments allowed for deeper connections with peers from other countries and a broader understanding of European educational and cultural diversity.
These international exchanges create meaningful opportunities for sharing knowledge, improving practices, and inspiring innovation within our academic and administrative communities.
