On 26-27 May 2025, Dr. Gentjan Skara participated in the biennial International Conference on "Regulation and Enforcement in the Digital Age (REDA) 2025" held in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Dr. Skara presented a paper on DMA's impact on Western Balkan countries and the main challenges that NCAs face.
The conference was organised by the Department of Law, University of Cyprus and the School of Law at European University Cyprus.
This research is part of a Regional Network of the Center for Advanced Studies - Southeast Europe Fellowship (RECAS Fellowship) supported by Open Society Foundations | Western Balkans, ERSTE Foundation, and Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
