On 13 December 2024, the Head of the Department of Law at EPOKA University participated in a Conference "Cross-country pollination: competition law systems in Eastern Europe" organised by the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (European University Institute).
Dr. Skara's presentation was titled "Cross-country pollination: competition law systems in Eastern Europe: Albania vs Bulgaria." The main focus was a comparison between Albanian and Bulgaria competition law.
In his presentation, Dr. Skara emphasised the main challenges that the Albanian Competition Authority is dealing with in judicial review as a result of judicial reform.
